At 3:56 p.m., police responded to a report of a man on a skateboard being struck by a vehicle at Queen Street and Green Street in Halifax. The man, who was in his twenties, was travelling on the street on a skateboard and was struck as the driver proceeded to enter a parking lot. The man was transported to hospital by EHS with injuries to one of his legs. The collision is still under investigation at this time.
