At 7:20 p.m. on April 21, East Division Patrol Officers responded to a report of a robbery at an apartment on Highfield Park Drive. Two men, ages nineteen and twenty, reported that about 90 minutes earlier they were in their apartment and answered a knock at the door. Two men entered the apartment, one of them brandishing a firearm. The intruders demanded electronic items and eventually left the apartment with a laptop, a cell phone and some video games. Neither occupant was injured. The suspect with the gun was described as a black man in his twenties, average height and build, wearing a black toque with a “BOSS” insignia on it and a black sweater with graphics on it. The second suspect was described as a white man in his twenties, average height and build, short blondish hair, wearing a grey hoodie with a blue vest over it. This was not a random incident and is believed to have been drug related.
