At 9:50 p.m. on August 8, a man, accompanied by a woman, approached a woman who was sitting in front of the clock on Citadel Hill. While his female companion waited off to the side, the man demanded that the victim turn over any money she was carrying. The victim gave the man a quantity of cash and the man and his female companion left the area on foot and headed towards Brunswick Street. No weapons used during the incident and the victim was not physically injured.

The male suspect is described as white man in his mid-twenties, 5’ 11”, 170 lbs, with a thin build and broad shoulders. He was clean shaven with dark brown hair in a buzz cut style and was wearing a white round neck t-shirt, and dark colored shorts. The only description of his female companion is that she had dark hair in a ponytail.

The matter remains under investigation.
