At approximately 3:20 p.m. on November 5, Halifax Regional Police members responded to a reported vehicle/pedestrian collision at Barrington and Blowers Streets in Halifax. A 69-year-old male pedestrian was entering the marked crosswalk at the same time a vehicle driven by a 51-year-old woman was turning onto Barrington Street from Blowers Street. The pedestrian was transported by EHS paramedics to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No charges are anticipated in this matter.
