At approximately 2:30 a.m., officers responded to a report of a vehicle that had collided into a pole at the intersection of Titus Street and Evans Avenue. Police located a 34-year-old man who was arrested for impaired driving. He is due to appear in Halifax Provincial Court at a later date.
