Shortly before 11 p.m. on November 21, staff from the Needs at 266 St. Margaret’s Bay Road called to report a slim white male with short dark hair wearing a beige hunting jacket entered the store and demanded cash. The male had a large knife and threatened the clerk. The male left with an undisclosed sum of money. The HRP/RCMP Integrated General Investigation Section attended the scene and the file remains under investigation. There are no injuries to report and police ask that anyone with knowledge of this incident to contact Halifax Regional Police at 902-490-5020.
