On March 12 at 7:10 p.m., Halifax Regional Police were called to the area of 31 Eisner Boulevard in Dartmouth for an initial report of two groups of males possibly engaging in a fight. A male youth involved in the altercation suffered a minor stab wound to his upper torso and was taken to hospital for treatment. Two other males, a youth and an adult, were taken into custody and the matter remains under investigation by the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division. This does not appear to be a random act as the people involved were known to one another.
