At approximately 4:10 am Halifax Regional Police patrol members located a vehicle stopped on the shoulder of the road on Magazine Hill, inbound toward Dartmouth. Officers conducting the traffic stop located two firearms and ammunition during the stop. Three people were taken into custody and are presently being interviewed by members of the Integrated General Investigation Section. Investigators are attempting to determine if this incident is connected to an earlier incident of shots fired in the 200 block of Spring Avenue in Dartmouth.
