At 9 p.m. on September 12, officers were called to a weapons complaint in the 0-100 block of Lahey Road in Dartmouth. Upon arrival, officers learned that two neighbours had gotten into an argument when one of them pulled out a knife and stabbed the other in the neck. The victim, an 18-year-old woman, was taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. The accused, a 37-year-old woman was charged with various weapons offences and will be going to Dartmouth Provincial Court on September 13.
