At approximately 7:55 p.m. on August 9, police received reports of shots fired in the area of Pinecrest Drive and Brule Street in Dartmouth. Police responded, arrested a 20-year-old man and recovered a firearm and drugs. The man will be attending court in the morning facing various weapons and drug charges as well as assaulting police. There are no injuries.
