At 10:38 p.m., police responded to a report of a vehicle driving northbound on Highway 111 on the wrong side of the road. The vehicle struck another vehicle just prior to Burnside Drive. Both vehicles were damaged but fortunately, no one was no injured. Police apprehended the vehicle just before the McKay Bridge and took the driver into custody. A 35-year-old Dartmouth man will be appearing in court at a later date to face charges of impaired driving and leaving the scene of an accident.
