At 7:30 p.m. police responded to an head-on collision on Prospect Road at St. Margaret's Bay Road. The occupants of both vehicles were checked by EHS and the driver of one vehicle, a woman, was transported to the QEII with non-life-threatening injuries. She sustained a large cut to her head and was taken to hospital for observation due to her head injury. Both vehicles were extensively damaged as a result of the collision. The investigation is continuing to determine the cause of the accident.
