Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a break and enter on Saturday, November 15 at 7:50 a.m. in the 0-100 block of Albro Lake Rd. in Dartmouth. A man was observed forcing open the door of a residence. Shortly after, officers located a man matching the description of the suspect in the vicinity and arrested him. The resident was asleep at the time of the incident and was unharmed. A 42-year-old Dartmouth man has been charged with break and enter and will be held in custody until his court appearance in Dartmouth Provincial Court on Monday, November 17.
