On Sunday, March 16, Halifax Regional Police met with the complainant who stated that Saturday, March 15 she was in the driveway of 188 Chain Lake Drive in Halifax, walking towards the street while pushing a stroller. A vehicle was driving towards the business complex and slowed to go by her; the female pedestrian was in front of the stroller at this point. The vehicle bumped the pedestrian's knee and continued on. The pedestrian attended the QEII Health Sciences Center for minor injuries. The vehicle was described as a four-door dark blue vehicle with a male driver in his forties who was clean shaven with long dark hair. The file remains under investigation. Anyone with information about this incident or who can identify the driver of the vehicle is asked to contact police at 902-490-5016.
