UPDATE: 311 service has been restored as of 1:40 p.m. Thank you for your patience.
The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that we are currently experiencing a technical issue with our 311 system and cannot receive any calls or emails. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and will advise when our system is back online.
