On February 9, at 7:43 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a robbery with a weapon at Shoppers Drug Mart, 950 Bedford Highway. A man approached the pharmacist, pointed a black handgun at her and demanded she give him drugs from the pharmacy. The man obtained an undisclosed amount of narcotics and fled on foot from the store. No one was injured during the robbery
He is described as a white man, 5”8, wearing a grey hoodie, his face was covered with a scarf and wearing black pants.
