Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that crews are asphalt patching today, Sept. 30, on Hammonds Plains Road from Pockwock Road to Northwood Road.
Weather permitting, this work will take place during the hours of 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., and will require the traffic signals at Pockwock Road to be shut off. Traffic control personnel will be in place.
Motorists should expect stop-and-go traffic and long delays in the area and are encouraged to use alternative routes, if possible. The municipality regrets any inconvenience this road work may cause.
