Thursday, Dec. 3, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that work will take place overnight Sunday, Dec. 6 to install a natural gas lateral on Herring Cove Road between Windermere Road and Forrest Avenue.
Crews will be on site beginning at 6 p.m. and will continue overnight until work is complete. Workers will be off the road before 7 a.m. on Monday, regardless of the installation progress. Stop-and-go traffic should be expected during this work.
Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
Heritage Gas and the municipality apologize in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.
