Water service has been restored to customers affected by the water main repair at 11 Herring Cove Road.
Crews will be off street around 4:30pm. Traffic continues to be reduced to one lane in each direction in the work zone until crews complete on-site work.
Pedestrian access will be maintained. Experienced traffic control personnel remain on-site to ensure smooth traffic flow around the work zone. On-site personnel will also maintain communication with local residents and businesses to help minimize disruption.
Motorists are asked to use alternate routes and expect delays. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
