The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that road construction will take place tomorrow and Thursday on Highway 7 between Riley and Cherry Brook roads.
Crews will be on site tomorrow from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and will be closing down an outbound lane to conduct sidewalk construction preparation work.
On Thursday, crews will begin work at 9 a.m. and will work until 5 p.m., closing down an inbound lane.
One lane in each direction will remain open throughout the project.
Motorists are asked to use an alternative route whenever possible.
The municipality appreciates your patience while this work is completed.
