On November 4 HRP issued a media release that incorrectly named Terry Donald Crawley, 35, as being charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking in relation to a search conducted by police at an apartment building on Nivens Avenue in Dartmouth. As clarified yesterday, Mr. Crawley was in fact not charged and we sincerely apologize for the mistake.

We understand that the media have removed his name from the stories based on previous clarifications. Additionally, the family requests that for further clarification the media consider adding this statement to the published stories.

Once again, we apologize for the error and appreciate the media’s cooperation.

As reference, the headline and time for the news release is copied below.
