MacKay Bridge closed due to motor vehicle collision
Halifax Regional Police are currently on scene of a multiple vehicle collision on the MacKay Bridge. Avoid the area and use alternate routes this morning. Motorists should expect delays in their morning commute and are asked to drive with caution.
Two people involved in the collision have been taken to hospital with what are believed to be life-threatening injuries. The HRP Collision Reconstruction Unit are on scene and investigating. The bridge remains closed.
