Halifax Regional Police has charged a man in connection with an indecent act that occurred last week.
On January 25, police responded to a report of an indecent act in the area of Queen and Kent Streets. Witnesses observed a man in a beige Toyota Corolla masturbating while driving. Officers located the vehicle around the time of the incident but did not have enough information to lay charges. After a complete investigation by police a man was identified. On January 27, police arrested the man in Sackville.
A 50-year-old man from Sackville is scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court on Monday, March 5 to face a charge of committing an indecent act.
