Police have arrested a man in connection with an indecent act that occurred last night in Dartmouth.
At 10:42 p.m., officers received information from witnesses that a man was masturbating in the area of Peddars Way and Bow Street. Multiple patrol units attended and arrested a man at a residence on Marcs Way a short time later without incident.
A 54-year-old Dartmouth man will appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court at a later date where he will face one charge of committing an indecent act.
