A fifth man whose information was included as part of a list of people with outstanding warrants has been arrested.
On May 8, 2012, HRM Partners in Policing released a High Risk Enforcement Action Team (HEAT) Outstanding Warrant List to the public. The list contained nine people who have warrants for their arrest. On September 8, 2012, Michael Jose Barbosa Mason was arrested by Cape Breton Regional Police.
The Outstanding Warrant Wanted List is available on the Internet at www.halifax.ca/police/HeatList. HRM Partners in Policing remind citizens not to approach these individuals or try to take matters into their own hands. Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to contact Halifax Regional Police at 490-5016, RCMP at 244-7208 or anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or online at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca.
