A third man whose information was included as part of a list of people with outstanding warrants has been arrested in Ontario.
On November 1, HRM Partners in Policing released a High Risk Enforcement Action Team (HEAT) Outstanding Warrant List to the public. The list contained ten people who have warrants for their arrest. On December 1, Kawartha Lakes Police arrested Blake Edwards Stymest after he was released from the Central East Correctional Centre in Lindsay, Ontario. He appeared in court this weekend in Ontario and was remanded. Investigators with the HRP/RCMP Integrated High Risk Enforcement Team will be travelling to Ontario tomorrow to return him to Nova Scotia.
