A man whom police requested assistance in locating has been found in Dartmouth
Fifty-three year-old Joseph Carrier was reported missing to police yesterday. He was located earlier this afternoon on Shore Road in his vehicle following a call from a citizen that observed Mr. Carrier’s vehicle and had heard the original media release. Mr. Carrier was transported to hospital by EHS for assessment as he appeared to be unwell.
