Investigators with the Vice Unit of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Divisionare seeking the public’s help to locate a missing Dartmouth youth.
Seventeen-year-old Jessica Richards was last seen leaving her Lawrence Street residence on foot at July 1 at 10 a.m. and was reported missing to police July 2. She hasn’t been in touch with friends or family since she left her home.
Jessica is described as a white female, 5’6”, with a medium build and long brown hair that is shaved on both sides. She has two piercings on her lower lip and was last seen wearing a purple shirt over a green tank top, blue jeans, red sneakers and was carrying a zebra print purse.
There is no evidence to suggest that Jessica has met with foul play but there are concerns for her safety. Officers request that Jessica or anyone with information on her whereabouts calls police at 490-5020.
