Update September 19 - Missing youth Located
Makira Dawn Armstrong was located safe and sound this afternoon in Dartmouth.

Investigators with the Vice Unit of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are seeking the public’s help locating a missing Dartmouth youth.
Fifteen-year-old Makira Dawn Armstrong was last seen leaving her Pleasant Street residence on September 15 at 11a.m. She was last heard from later that day when she was in contact with her family. Makira was reported missing to police on September 16.
Makira is described as a white female, 5’5”, 130 lbs., with long dark blonde hair, brown eyes, pierced ears and a tattoo on the back of her neck. She has a cast on her right hand and was last seen wearing grey sweatpants.
There’s no evidence to suggest that Makira has met with foul play but there is concern for her well-being. Officers request that Makira, or anyone with information on her whereabouts, calls police at 902- 490-5020
