Friday, Oct 17, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising motorists that work to extend the natural gas main on Jubilee Road in Halifax will take place next week.
Crews are on site today, Oct. 17, doing some saw cutting work on Jubilee near Cambridge Street. Crews will wrap up by 4 p.m.
The pipe installation will begin on Monday, Oct. 20. There will be lane drops in place and stop-and-go traffic between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. There will be no on-street work between the hours of 7-9 a.m. and 4-6 p.m.
Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes, if possible. Heritage Gas and the municipality apologize in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.
