Monday, Nov. 30, 2015 (Halifax, NS) - The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that tomorrow, Dec. 1, asphalt paving will take place on Oxford Street, from Almon Street to Bayers Road. Crews will be onsite during the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. At 11 a.m., the traffic signals at Almon Street will be shut down and traffic control personnel will be in place. This work will resume at 6 p.m. until approximately 9:30 p.m.
Motorists should expect long delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
The municipality apologizes for any inconvenience this road work may cause.
