Halifax Regional Police is investigating a fatal pedestrian vehicle collision that occurred last night in Dartmouth.
At approximately 11:20 p.m. on June 24, Halifax Regional Police responded to a pedestrian vehicle collision in the area of Main Street and Hartlen Street in Dartmouth. A 70-year-old pedestrian was struck by a vehicle. He was transported to hospital and later died as a result of his injuries.
Our thoughts are with the man’s family and everyone impacted by this tragic incident.
The investigation is ongoing, and police are asking anyone with information or video from the area to call police at 902-490-5020.
