Police have charged a man for two break and enters that occurred in Dartmouth yesterday.
At approximately 5:30 a.m. police received a report of a break and enter that had occurred at a residence on Regal Road earlier in the morning.
At approximately 7 a.m. police received a report of a second break and enter that had occurred in the early morning hours where an ATV was stolen from a residence on Dorothea Drive.
At approximately 2:30 p.m. members of the Cole Harbour RCMP detachment arrested a man who was driving the stolen ATV.
Gregory Thomas Hall, 24 is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court today to face charges of:
- Break and enter (x2)
- Possession of stolen property
- Breach of probation (x2)
- Mischief
