Police have charged a man in relation to 20 break and enters into apartment building laundry rooms that have occurred in Halifax over the last two months.
Investigators with General Investigation Division of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division have been investigating break and enters in to apartment building laundry rooms in the Clayton Park and Fairview areas of Halifax that occurred over the last two months.
Investigators gathered evidence that led them to believe that one person was responsible for the incidents. At approximately 3:15 p.m. yesterday police arrested a man in the 0-100 block of the Bedford Highway.
Glen Russell Harnish, 40, of Halifax will appear in Halifax Provincial Court today to face the following charges:
- Break and Enter (x 20)
- Possession of break-in Instruments (x 21)
- Breach of a court order (x 37)
