Police have charged two people in relation to a break and enter that occurred yesterday in Halifax.
At approximately 5:30 a.m. officers responded to a break and enter in-progress into a parking garage in the 2300 block of Robie Street. Officers arrested the two suspects without incident.
Nathan Robert Deal, 43, was scheduled to appear in Halifax provincial court yesterday to face charges of:
- Break and enter
- Possession of housebreaking tools
- Breach of a court order
Sarah Lynn Muriel Polley, 33, is scheduled to appear in Halifax provincial court at a later date to face one count of break and enter.
