Police continue to investigate 2005 disappearance of Shen Chiu “Andy” Tsou

Today is the 10th anniversary of the disappearance of Shen Chiu “Andy” Tsou and the Special Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division continues to investigate the case.

Mr. Tsou was a resident of Richmond, British Columbia and was last seen in Halifax on June 26, 2005. He knew numerous people in Halifax and elsewhere in Nova Scotia, and had been staying at the Halifax Casino Hotel and other private residences prior to his disappearance. Mr. Tsou had booked a room at the Halifax Casino Hotel for the night of June 26, 2005, however, he never arrived. On June 30, 2005, a relative of Mr. Tsou reported him missing to police. Mr. Tsou was operating a 2005 white Pontiac Grand Prix while in the Halifax area and this vehicle has never been located.
