Police Continue to Investigate the Murder of Shelly Connors

After 20 years, Halifax Regional Police/RCMP Integrated Major Crime Unit continues to investigate the murder of Shelly Connors.

On June 1, 1993, the deceased body of 17-year-old Shelly Connors was located approximately 200 yards from the rear of the Spryfield Lions Rink, at 25 Drysdale Road in Halifax. The victim was located in a wooded area, partially covered with leaves and branches. The investigation revealed that the victim went missing from her Spryfield residence on May 29, 1993 and was reported missing the following day.
