Police identify homicide victim

The victim in Sunday night’s homicide in Halifax has been identified as 65-year-old David William Rose of Halifax.

On March 9 at 10:55 p.m. officers responded to the 5200 block of South Street in Halifax after Mr. Rose was found deceased inside his residence. An autopsy was conducted yesterday by the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service and although the cause of death will not be released, his death has been ruled a homicide.
