Police Investigate Arson
At 11:29 p.m. on October 12, Halifax Regional Police and Halifax Regional Fire & Emergency Services responded to a fire at Canadian Tire located at 6203 Quinpool Road in Halifax. Multiple callers reported seeing flames in or around the Canadian Tire. Police confirmed two sheds belonging to the mall were engulfed in flames.
Fire attended and extinguished the fires. Fire Investigators confirmed the fire was intentionally set and the arson investigation has been turned over to police.
There are no suspects at this time.
