Halifax Regional Police officers are currently on scene in the Woodlawn area of Dartmouth in relation to a possible weapons complaint.
At 2:05 p.m. police received a report of two males, one who may have been carrying a possible firearm under a sweatshirt while on a pathway between Guysborough Avenue and Farquharson Street. Officers have flooded the area and have been unable to locate anyone matching the description of the possible suspects. They are described as one white male and one black male, both wearing hoodies and jeans.
The investigation into this matter is on-going. Anyone with further information in relation to this matter is asked to call police at 902-490-5020.
