Police investigate robbery

At approximately 12:49 a.m. June 29, officers responded to a report of a robbery in progress outside the Atlantic Superstore Gas Bar at 1075 Barrington Street.  A man advised that he had been assaulted by three males and robbed of personal belongings. The suspects are described as black males wearing dark clothing.

Officers searched the surrounding area, but were unable to locate the suspects. The 63-year-old victim was transported to the QEII by EHS with non-life-threatening injuries.
