Police investigate robbery GO# 20-151649

At approximately 4:35 a.m. on December 27, police responded to a robbery in progress at the Irving convenience located at 5450 Inglis Street in Halifax. A man entered the store, threatened the clerk with a syringe and demanded cash. The man fled the store on foot with an amount of cash. There were no reported injuries.

The suspect is described as a white man, in his 50s, wearing all black clothing and a black mask. 

The investigation is in the early stages and investigators are asking anyone with information about the suspect or video from the area to contact police at 902-490-5016.
