Police investigate robbery GO#19-173786

On December 9 at 8:52 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a robbery that had just occurred at the Petro Canada gas station located at 7015 Bayers Road, Halifax. Staff reported a man had entered the store threatening that he had a weapon and demanded cigarettes and money. The suspect left on foot in an unknown direction with an undetermined amount of money and cigarettes. There were no injuries. No weapons were observed. Patrol officers searched the area, but have not located the suspect. 

The suspect is described to police as a clean-shaven white man with a thin build who is 5’9’’ in height. He was wearing a black jacket, dark grey hooded shirt, black pants and dark shoes.
