Police investigate robbery GO#21-157245

Investigators with the Halifax Regional Police Patrol Division along with the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are investigating a robbery that occurred in Dartmouth this morning.

On December 20 at approximately 2:35 a.m., a man entered the Circle K, Irving store located at 10 Highfield Park Drive, Dartmouth. The suspect approached the counter and demanded the clerk give him money, he went behind the counter and took money from the till. The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money. There were no injuries to staff.

Patrol officers, along with the K-9 Unit conducted an extensive search and preliminary investigation, but the suspect has not been located at this time.

The suspect is described to police as a white man, who is approximately 5’5” in height with a thin build who was wearing a black hoody, black pants, with a dark facial covering at the time.
