Police investigate shooting
Police are investigating a shooting that occurred last night in Halifax.
At 10:32 pm, police responded to a report of gunshots at Micmac Street / Chisholm Avenue and located evidence of a shooting. There were no reported injuries. Micmac Street remains closed to traffic at Chisholm Avenue while police investigates the incident.
Investigators in the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division and Forensic Identification Service are investigating the shooting and are asking anyone with information about this incident to call 902-490-5020.
