Police have cleared the scene of a death in Halifax.
At 7:36 a.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to an apartment on Leppert Street following a call regarding the death of a 69-year-old man. The Medical Examiner Service and investigators from the HRP Forensic Identification Section have attended the scene and an autopsy will be performed on the man’s body later today.
After the preliminary investigation, the death does not appear to be suspicious.
