Police investigate two robberies GO#19-167812 & GO# 19-167818

On November 26 at approximately 8:39 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to Kencrest Avenue and Mont Blanc Terrace, Halifax for an attempted robbery. The suspect, a man, approached the victim and demanded money. The suspect appeared to be holding what looked to be a weapon. The victim told him he had nothing, and suspect fled the area. There were no injuries.

The suspect is described to police as a 6’ tall man who appeared to be approximately 30-years-old. He wore dark clothing with a scarf across his face, a black toque, navy blue jacket and jeans.

On November 26 at approximately 9:10 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to the area of Isleville Street and Hennessey Place, Halifax for a robbery. The suspect took the victims cell phone. The victim believed the suspect had a weapon. There were no injuries.

The suspect is described to police as a 5’9’’ tall man who was wearing a blue coat, a hat and had a black bandanna with red markings over his face.
