Police investigate weapons complaint GO# 21-157508

On December 20 at 6:47 p.m., police received a report from a citizen that they had heard what they believed was gunfire in the area of 0-100 Farrell Street, Dartmouth. When police arrived on scene, the suspect(s) had already fled. A home was damaged as a result of the gunfire, but no persons were struck, and nobody was injured.

There is no ongoing threat to the public and police are on scene conducting an investigation along with members of the General Investigative Section and Forensic Identification Services.
