Halifax Regional Police is investigating an indecent act that took place early this morning in Halifax.
At 1:30 a.m., officers responded to Rhuland Street to a report of a man looking in the window of an apartment and masturbating. The man ran off when he was noticed and despite a search of the area, he wasn’t located. He is described as a white man, 5’6”, 160 lbs. and at the time of the incident, he was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with black sleeves.
