Police are investigating an indecent act that took place yesterday in Halifax.
At approximately 9:40 p.m., a woman reported that she was walking in the area of Novalea Drive and Livingstone Street when she saw a man masturbating inside of a parked light blue Chrysler Sebring. The man, who was the only person in the car, made an inappropriate comment to the victim before driving off.
Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the vehicle. The suspect is described as a white man in his thirties. The incident is still under investigation.
